I need a solar pump for a fountain in the garden. There are many listed on the web, but I'm afraid to have exceptionally poor quality. Does anyone offer brand name or supplier? I would prefer a little more and know what it will take a long time to pay.

Most of them are very good in terms of length - but I have not seen a solar pump that more than a bit of a source of weakness produced miserable. It only takes a lot of energy to move water. Solar lighting is much better. I have a source of traditional food for my pond, but it is illuminated by solar energy.
