How do you decoupage over a plastic underbed storage container? - decoupage
I am a plastic container cutting stock Mattress candidate and I am with a spray designed for rubber and vinyl to create a base layer, a bond, but sticks, as sure as I jumped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Decoupage How Do You Decoupage Over A Plastic Underbed Storage Container?

I scratch the first plastic with sandpaper. The adhesive may be in order to integrate the paper down at first, but be sure to meet with mod-patchwork or cutting later in other ways.
