Tram Flap Reconstruction Can Fat Necrosis Initially Developed After A TRAM Flap Reconstruction Of The Breast Continue After 3 Years?

Can fat necrosis initially developed after a TRAM flap reconstruction of the breast continue after 3 years? - tram flap reconstruction

According to a modified mastectomy and TRAM flap reconstruction developed necrosis due to poor blood supply to the flap. This fat necrosis consisted of a large package (2 x 3 inches). However, after 3 years I noticed a pea-sized lumps that has developed around the cut and now after one years is larger than 3 times. A biopsy revealed the tumor necrosis fat. However, it continues to grow. Fat necrosis can continue its growth path or it could have been a recurrence of cancer, not diagnosed correctly? I've heard different answers from different doctors to develop, such as fat necrosis, not as a rule, I know, continue to grow fat necrosis. I am confused and worried. My tumor markers have been always on top (30-39), but always in harmony.
